Jack's
In
1996, Jack’s Family Restaurants, a successful fast-food
chain in Alabama, approached PHP to change its course. Same-store
sales were flat, competition was fierce, and their customer
base was aging. Our challenge was to re-brand and re-shape
their image to attract new customers, specifically families
with young children, and young adults.
Jack’s
has always been dedicated to offering superior products and
service and to “putting the customer first.” With
that commitment in mind and by making an investment in a consistent
television schedule, PHP has created television campaigns
that were and are drastically different from their regional
and national competitors’ marketing approaches. From
animation mixed with live action, to special effects that
have never been seen on a local level, Perry Harper &
Perry has created a national image for Jack’s and created
dramatic results for the company:
Soaring
same-store sales – up to 28% since 1996
Soaring
guest counts – up 28% since 1996.
Increased
per-ticket averages.
Company
growth of 68% since 1996.
Continued
financial stability.
