Driver's Way (previously Driver's Mart of Birmingham)
Since
PHP has been successful in representing several automotive
dealerships, we were asked to launch what was to be the first
"ground-up" Driver's Mart store in the U.S. We were
asked to develop a plan which included marketing, public relations
and event planning.
The
results:
Driver's Mart of Birmingham became the most successful and
profitable unit in the franchise operation. It was the most
successful opening event for Driver's Mart in the United States.
Driver's
Mart Name Change 1999
Our
agency developed the name change campaign that allowed Driver's
Mart to successfully transition to Driver's Way. Since the
name change and the re-branding effort their market share
and sales have surpassed the projections originally set by
management.
The
results:
Driver's Way continues to set sales records in Birmingham.
This success has convinced management to expand to other southeastern
markets.
